Free Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $50. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.

Return Policy
All sales are final.
Because every item is pre-owned and genuinely one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. We put considerable effort into accurate descriptions, condition notes, and detailed measurements to help you make a confident purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please email us at hello@krissaskloset.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Fit
Sizing Notes
Vintage and thrifted clothing doesn't always follow modern sizing conventions. A “Medium” from the 90s fits very differently from a modern Medium. We always recommend checking the specific measurements on each product page rather than relying on the label size.

Are items really one-of-a-kind?+
Yes — every piece is a single item. Once it's sold, it's gone. We never restock an identical item.
What condition are the items in?+
Each listing shows the condition: Excellent (like new, no signs of wear), Good (light wear, fully wearable), or Fair (noticeable wear reflected in the lower price). We photograph any flaws and note them in the description.
How do I know what size to order?+
Every product page has a Size Guide tab with standard measurements. We also encourage checking the specific measurements listed — vintage sizing often runs differently from modern cuts.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
All sales are final. Because every item is pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, we can't accept returns or exchanges. Please read descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward — follow us on Instagram for updates.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
How do I know if something will fit?+
We provide size and condition details for every item. When in doubt, DM us on Instagram with the item name — we're happy to take additional measurements.
